I will say that the nurses and receptionist along with most counselors are great and treat you with respect. They are friendly and professional while serving you. I gave a 4 star because the management is HORRIBLE. I have witnessed several times where they showed they really don't care about the patients at all. They don't let the clients know in ample time when they are making an unscheduled closing. I have seen them simply lock patients out when it wasn't closing time. They would state that they needed to get home too during bad weather. PLEEEEEASE! Are you kidding me. If you had let them know in enough time to get there maybe they would have made it in time for you to get your 'holier than thou' butt home. Other than management the staff is absolutely great.

Each and every person that works here are truly caring and professional individuals. They treat u with respect no matter what bad choices you may have made to have brought u there. I'm not trying to sound as cheesey as I know I am... This place seriously helped me saved my own life.

I am a counselor at CBH. I work with some of the most caring and loving people I have ever known. Nursing staff is amazing and the counselors truly care about each and every patient. We go above and beyond to help our patients however we can. This is a NO JUDGMENT ZONE...YOU ARE NOT THE ADDICTION...it is just a part of what you are dealing with. DO NOT LET THE ADDICTION rob you of what you deserve. CBH can and will help you!

I love this place. All of the nurses and staff are completely there for YOU! They open about 30 minutes early on Saturdays now, so there is no more long wait. Anywhere from 2-10 minutes and you're out of there. This is a really great place to find help and support. All of the counselors are very helpful and are wonderful listeners. Plus everything is 100% confidential. The only downside is I wish they had a few more nurses and windows.

Usually good but not enough nurses. Saturdays are horribly over crowded. Overall a fair experience.
